THE GALLERY CREATIVES
BUS STOP BILLBOARD POSTER DESIGN

GRAPHIC DESIGN | LAYOUT DESIGN | ADVERTISING

ABOUT THE PROJECT:

Commissioned to design a large-format bus stop billboard for The Gallery Creatives, an app that helps users discover local businesses on a single platform. The advert, displayed at an Edmonton bus stop, targets business owners and people searching for services, particularly ages 18–35.

The concept centres on a woman looking at three image panels showcasing different creatives in action: a hairstylist doing hair, a photographer taking pictures, and a chef preparing food. The hero line, “We found it all in The Gallery,” is paired with the sub-slogan “Find businesses on one platform” to clearly communicate the app’s value. Bright, eye-catching colours and bold composition were used to create a lively, energetic feel that stands out in a busy urban environment, while maintaining clear hierarchy for the messaging, logo and essential call-to-action.

The design was built to bus-stop specifications (70.6 x 47 inches) to ensure print clarity at scale, with prominent placement of The Gallery Creatives logo and an App Store QR code to encourage on-the-spot downloads and drive app engagement.
