This concept project was created to reimagine Centrica Energy’s customer welcome communications across both email and print formats. The objective was to transform complex, information-heavy onboarding content into a clear, accessible, and user-friendly experience that helps customers quickly understand their account details, payments, and next steps.

The solution focused on mobile-first design principles, structured content hierarchy, and approachable visual communication to reduce cognitive overload while improving usability and engagement. The final concept included responsive email layouts, printed welcome letter designs, supportive iconography, and clear call-to-actions that balanced functionality with a warm and reassuring customer experience.
